An Arizona military base has opened a $1 million innovation lab where kids can learn about 3D printing, virtual reality, and more, the Arizona Republic reports.
"It's important that we allow our airmen's children to learn and interact with tools and activities that most STEM careers are using today and into the future," says Col.
Peter Abercrombie, commander of the 56th Mission Support Group at Luke Air Force Base.
The lab was built in collaboration with the Boys and Girls Club of the Valley and Cox.
