WWE Superstar John Cena awarded a 7-year-old Pennsylvania Boy that has a spinal condition, Johnny Littman, with the 300th Make-A-Wish Foundation Grant.
Johnny has a severe congenital malformation and spina bifida and uses a wheelchair.
Aside from the grant, Cena gave Johnny another gift. He gave Johnny tickets for him and his family to attend the WWE show's 1000th episode.
