Artificial intelligence is poised to play a bigger role in health care in the coming years, and one expert says he's ready for the "next wave of healthcare advancements."
Greg Caressi, a senior VP at Frost & Sullivan, will be a featured speaker at the AI Med conference next month in San Francisco, reports the Mercury News.
AI Med is a gathering of experts working in the field of artificial intelligence and health care.
"We're shaping the future of medicine with pioneering ideas and real-world solutions," Caressi says in a press release.
His talk will focus on how artificial intelligence can be used to improve health outcomes and cut down on health care costs.
AI Med is organized by AIMed24, which notes it's "committed to building long-term partnerships with key organizations that share its vision of improving health through AI."
