Experts recommend children'mostly drink water and plain milk' Public health experts recommend children under 18 years limit 100% fruit and vegetable juice, plant-based milk, sugar-sweetened beverages and caffeine.
The recommendations were developed in collaboration with experts form the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and American Heart Association with funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
