Florida's Space Florida and Israel's Israel Innovation Authority have announced the winners of their 10th round of funding from the Space Florida-Israel Innovation Partnership Program, which aims to support "space-related technology projects for the benefit of Florida's and Israel's economy over the past 10 years," per a press release.
This year's recipients include: Sidus Space, Merritt Island, Fla.: The company plans to develop and test on a 360-degree ultra-high definition video recording and downloading system for the purposes of conjunction avoidance, rendezvous, and proximity operations.
Arralis Space, Daytona Beach, Fla.: The company plans to develop and test on a complete satellite communication system with a modem, transceiver, and antennas that can support DVB-SX2, multiple modulation schemes, and encryption.
Guident Autonomous Intelligence, Boca Raton, Fla.: In compliance with regulations for operating autonomous vehicles on public roads in numerous US states, a Remote Monitor and Control Center (RMCC) solution will be developed by Guident Autonomous Intelligence, Boca Raton, and Novelsat Limited, Israel.
ETA Space, Rockledge, Fla.: The company plans to develop and deploy a joint Lunar Oxygen Station that will be used to convert lunar regolith into liquid oxygen
