If you're an Instagram user who spends too much time on the app and doesn't shut it down when it's time to go to bed, you're in luck.
The social network has introduced a new "sleep mode" that automatically closes the app when it's time to go to bed, the Telegraph reports.
"We want teenagers to shut down Instagram with the feeling that time spent on the app is meaningful and meaningful, and we know that sleep is particularly important for young people," the company said in a statement.
The "sleep mode" is one of a number of new features the company is rolling out to help teens manage their time on the app, including a "silent mode" that automatically responds to private messages from friends and subscribers when the user is away from the app.
